By purchasing from Touch Me TT, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and accept these conditions.

Terms of sale

Customers must provide accurate order, contact, payment, and delivery information. Orders are confirmed after acceptance by Touch Me TT and may be declined where stock, payment, or customer information cannot be verified.

Product use and responsibility

Customers are responsible for reading and following all product instructions, warnings, cleaning requirements, and safety guidance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Touch Me TT is not responsible for injury, loss, or damage resulting from misuse, improper use, modification, incorrect cleaning or storage, use contrary to instructions, or use of a product for an unintended purpose.

Privacy and discretion

We collect information needed to process orders, provide support, and arrange delivery. Orders are packaged discreetly. Necessary delivery details may be shared with Drop Off TT to complete a shipment. Customer information is not sold.

Delivery and pickup

Delivery fees and timeframes depend on the selected Drop Off TT service area and driver availability. Customers must provide a reachable phone number and accurate location. Failure to respond to calls or messages from the assigned driver may result in the delivery being cancelled or terminated. Additional delivery charges may apply if another delivery attempt is requested. Sangre Grande Sunday pickup must be arranged in advance.

7-Day Warranty

Manufacturing defects must be reported within seven days with the order number and clear video proof. The warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, normal wear, improper storage, or change of mind.

Returns and hygiene

For health and hygiene reasons, opened intimate products generally cannot be returned or exchanged unless a verified manufacturing defect applies. Approved remedies may include replacement or store credit.
