Please include your name or order number in the payment description.
After payment, send your receipt via WhatsApp to 794-7399 to confirm your order.
External bank transfers (Scotia, RBC, etc.) will only be processed once funds have fully cleared.
3. Warranty Policy β 7 Days
All items are delivered new, unused, and in perfect condition. For hygiene and safety reasons, all pleasure items are final sale once opened.
A 7-day warranty applies to items that:
β’ Arrive damaged
β’ Are not functioning properly
β’ Have a manufacturer defect
Warranty Claims
Please submit:
β’ Order number or name
β’ Photos or video showing the defect
Claims are reviewed within 48 hours and require approval by the Managing Director.
Approved Claims
Customers may receive:
β’ A replacement item
β’ A refund (delivery fee deducted)
If the item is unavailable, customers may:
β’ Choose an item of equal or lesser value
β’ Upgrade and pay the difference
Refunds are issued via bank transfer only. Customers must provide accurate banking details.
The company is not responsible for incorrect banking information provided by customers.
Not Covered
β’ Opened items that are not defective
β’ Damage from misuse, improper cleaning, or normal wear
β’ Claims submitted after 7 days

Customers must read and follow all instructions and safety guidelines provided with each product.
5. Courier Disclaimer
We use the third-party courier service ODeliver for deliveries.
We cannot guarantee delivery times and are not liable for courier delays, disruptions, or scheduling issues.

Customers must make arrangements to meet the courier at the provided delivery location.
Any arrangements made directly with the courier are separate from Touch Me TT Sensual Shop Ltd.
